Our Story.
Southern Ocean Biotech was founded in 2017 by Joseph Milani with a vision to leverage the therapeutic properties of abalone in health applications.
In partnership with CSIRO, Australia’s leading national science agency, and the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation (FRDC), we developed Abagen™ — an innovative bioactive peptide with potent anti-inflammatory effects.
